Produced from only the highest quality human grade silverside of beef. Bybenji biltong collection is lovingly hand crafted, and marinated in a special blend of herbs. Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and infused in malt vinegar.

This unique process of marinating the meat, infuses the beef,  intensifying flavour  before being naturally hung to air cure in their special drying room at ByBenji HQ, their bespoke manufacturing unit.

Air curing, rotating the air direction, means that no direct heat touches the hanging product, so nothing disturbs the infusing process.
