Natural Choice deliver to the UK only and costs are based on the weight and size of your order. If your goods are in stock, we aim to ship them within 1 working day of full payment being received.
National Delivery
We offer national delivery across the whole of the UK with all pricing based off parcel weight. Parcels are shipped via Hermes standard (2-4 working days) and express (1-2 working days) delivery services, apart from Natural Choice 6kg and 12kg food bags which are delivered via DPD*. Pricing starts at £2.90 for parcels under 1kg or free postage on orders over £100.
*Our Kibble 48h delivery service is currently experiencing delays of up to 7 working days due to increased demand. Please ensure you bear this in mind when ordering so that you get your kibble in time before you run out. Thank you for your understanding.
Local Pickup
We are based on site with Sussex County Dog Training in Aldingbourne, Nr Chichester and any orders placed online are also available for collection in store. Simply select 'local pick up' at the checkout and your items will be ready to collect from the next working day.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery to customers whose addresses fall within our set delivery routes. This includes delivery of frozen raw products, though we are unable to provide a UK-wide delivery service for frozen items.
Local delivery is usually made within 2–3 working days of placing your order.

Good quality food
My dogs both love this pate which I use as a training reward. I chop it into small pieces and freeze it, then I take the amount I need and it defrosts quickly. I have used many of the flavours and they love them all. Lasts a long time too so good value for money

My dogs go mad for these chews and they keep them occupied for quite a while. I like the fact they are a natural product with no additives or preservatives added and are low in fat. Only thing I would say is don’t feed them to your dog directly on your carpet as they do leave marks

My dog was originally on this when he was put on a diet he was 15kg and now weights 12.5 kg. I think the food is great. Bi now have him on raw but always buy this for training treats he loves it and will work hard for hisreward
Dog has a lot of food intolerances but the venison and sweet potato is one of the few I can use without problems , plus he loves it . So pleased I found you.
We switched over to this after years of raw as it was giving our adult dog digestive problems and could be difficult to get the ones he liked. Our younger dog was still on his puppy food and needing to transition to adult. I haven't noticed any problems transitioning from a more "natural" food to a processed one, and its certainly improved our older dogs belly sensitivities.
